Louisa Rose Allen, o lo que es lo mismo, Foxes, regresa con nuevo single. Tras el lanzamiento el pasado año de su infravalorado debut “Glorious” -con el que consiguió un Top 5 en Reino Unido- y su colaboración con Giorgio Moroder, la cantante ya tiene listo su próximo trabajo, del que poco se sabe más allá de sus últimas declaraciones:

“This new record was written quite quickly, it’s a lot more emotional. It was written after I broke up with someone. It’s weird for me because in the last album I never really wrote songs that were about anything specific but this feels like it’s a lot more emotional.

“I think it probably is [a break-up album]. I didn’t want it to be too much but for me it’s about coming out, having strength through it. It’s a positive message. There’s a lot more shades to it rather than, ‘Oh my god I feel so sad!’ It’s got a lot more depth.”

Este segundo álbum está previsto para el próximo otoño, pero la cantante no ha querido esperarse y ha presentado ya el que será el primer single. Lo pudimos escuchar hace unos días en uno de sus conciertos en formato acústico, pero hoy se ha estrenado la versión oficial de “Body Talk”, un tema con un vibe muy veraniego y disco-retro que marca un sutil cambio de rumbo en su estilo hacia la electrónica ochentera.
